At Las Hayas Resort Hotel, we are aware that our actions have a direct impact on our environment and, as part of our sustainable policies, we have joined The Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children from Sexual Exploitation in Travel and Tourism.
In order to meet the Code provisions, in case of coming to the hotel with your minor child, at the Check In you will be asked to provide the document proving your relationship. In case you come with any child that is not your son or daughter, together with his/her identity card, you will be asked to provide an authorization signed by his/her parents or legal guardians and a photocopy of the signatory’s identity card.
The authorization does not need to be legalized by Notary Public or before any public authority.
