Discover the “Catch Your Own” program at our CASA DE BRASA poolside bar and grill. Board a fishing boat at our private marina and venture out onto the Sea of Cortez to catch your own sailfish, snapper or marlin. Among the options is Pescado Sarandeado from Mexico’s Nayarit region, featuring snapper marinated in a spicy paste of ancho and guajillo chilis.
